What is your Returns Policy?

Currently, we do not accept returns on any of our products as they are custom-made to order. We do, however, accept exchanges if the items do not fit or suit you for other items or we can also offer store credit. Any claims for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. Return postage must be paid for by the customer.

How long does delivery take?

STANDARD Shipping (£3.99): UK Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days (please allow an additional 6 - 8 working days for your order to be made for all made to order items )

PRIORITY Shipping (£14.99): UK Priority shipping takes 1-2 working days (please allow an additional 4 -5 working days for your order to be made for all made to order items )

If you need delivery by a certain date please leave the requested delivery date in the customer’s note at checkout!

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

Please contact us via our contact page and one of our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as available.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available methods.
