No refunds can be issued for postal related delays!
Currently, we do not accept refunds on any of our products as they are handmade to order. We do, however, accept exchanges if the items do not fit or suit you for other items or we can also offer store credit. Any claims for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. Return postage must be paid for by the customer.
Store credit will have a 3-month expiry date. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, the made-to-order time frame will still be applied.
All returns must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as we don't provide free returns. We are not responsible for any that have been lost in the post.
The returned item(s) must meet the following conditions:-
The item(s) must be in re-saleable condition
The tag must be attached and visible
Any signs of wear the item will be sent back to you, if we receive a return outside of the return period the item will be sent back to you.
We do not accept returns for swimwear or accessories, unless faulty.
