Returns Policy

Currently, we do not accept returns on any of our products as they are handmade to order. We do, however, accept exchanges if the items do not fit or suit you for other items or we can also offer store credit. Any claims for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. Return postage must be paid for by the customer.

All returns must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as we don't provide free returns.
The returned item(s) must meet the following conditions:-
- The item(s) must be in re-saleable condition
- The tag must be attached and visible
We do not accept exchanges or give store credit on custom items as these are not re-saleable. When ordering something custom-made from us, please make sure all measurements given are correct.
