Question What is your Returns Policy?
Answer

Currently, we do not accept returns on any of our products as they are custom made to order. We do, however, accept exchanges if the items do not fit or suit you for other items or we can also offer store credit. Any claims for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Question How long does delivery take?
AnswerDelivery to mainland UK takes around 3-6 days however, because of the pandemic delivery may be slower at this time.
Question I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
AnswerPlease contact us via our contact page and one of our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as available.
Question How can I pay for my order?
AnswerWe currently accept card and PayPal payments.
